Hello and welcome to my blog. This is the second week we are CASEing the colours of the Kerchief Card Kit from the SAB Catty. The colours are Balmy Blue, Coastal Cabana, Early Espresso, Gold, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Petal Pink, Pear Pizzazz, Poppy Parade and Whisper White. Which colours are you going to use for your entry this challenge?

This week I’ve used Petal Pink, Balmy Blue, Pear Pizzazz, Coastal Cabana and Whisper White.

My card base is Petal Pink with a layer of Perennial Essence DSP. I’ve used the fabulous new Sending Flowers dies. They are part of the Stampin’ Up! Co-ordination Product Release. I’ve die cut a piece of Whisper White and Pear Pizzazz with the same die. I’ve snipped the flowers off the Whisper White card then place the Pear Pizzaz card behind it so the frame is Whisper White and the stems of the flowers are Pear Pizzazz.

Using the smaller flower dies I’ve die cut several flowers and layered them over the Pear Pizzazz. The sentiment is from the Sending You Thoughts (SAB) stamp set.

Marvi was relaxing on his favourite mat and happy to pose for photos today which must mean he likes my card……maybe?

Hello and welcome to my blog. I hope everyone had a great Valentine’s Day on Friday. My man surprised me with flowers and dinner. Not too bad from someone who is a self-professed non flower giver.

This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing the colours of the Kerchief Card Kit from the SAB Catty. The colours are Balmy Blue, Coastal Cabana, Early Espresso, Gold, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Petal Pink, Pear Pizzazz, Poppy Parade and Whisper White. I’ve gone with three of the above colours. Whisper White, Night of Navy and Poppy Parade.

I’ve started with a Thick Whisper White card base with another layer of Whisper White, embossed with the Parisian Flourish Embossing Folder. I’ve die cut and embossed a Whisper White Heirloom Frame and backed it with some stripy Come Sail Away DSP.

Next I stamped 2 poppies in Night of Navy and used the “splatter” stamp to give them some Poppy Parade colour. I’ve added a Night of Navy die cut border to the bottom of the frame. The sentiment is White Heat Embossed on Poppy Parade card stock. If you look really closely you can see I’ve added some Peaceful Poppies Sequins to the centre of my flowers.

This is the best of many photos taken with my assistant Marvi. He’s having an upside down kind of day.

Hello and welcome to my blog. It’s Sunday night again and it’s time for CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Have you entered our challenge yet this week? There’s still plenty of time as this is week 2 of CASEing the Koala card on page 34 of the 2020 Mini Catalogue.

It’s the same layout sketch as last week. The crew had some amazing CASE’s last week, I can’t wait to see what they’ve come up with this week.

This week I’ve created a very simple CASE but instead of having the background as DSP I’ve made the 3 panels DSP.

My card base is Thick Whisper White with a layer of Pretty Peacock. On a smaller piece of Whisper White I White Heat Embossed the gorgeous Breathtaking Bouquet stamp then coloured it with my Aqua Painter. I’ve used Pretty Peacock, Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana.

After adding the colours I cut this piece into 3 panels. The sentiment is from Little Ladybug and is also White Heat Embossed.
