CTC321 – Case A Layout From The Mini Catty And Give It A Masculine Twist
Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing a layout from the Mini Catty and giving it a masculine twist. You may have hopped over from Tina’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of each post.
I’ve chosen the “I appreciate all the little things you do” card on the far left of page 18 of the Mini Catty.
Instead of using the Hydrangea Hill Suite I’ve used the Sailing Home stamp set and matching Smooth Sailing Dies.
I’ve started with a Misty Moonlight card base then a Basic White layer that’s been embossed with the Bark Embossing Folder. I then added some Sand & Sea DSP. The next Basic White layer has been stamped with the “solid” image from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set. I’ve stamped in Balmy Blue, Pacific Point, Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy Ink.
On a seperate piece of Basic White I’ve stamped the lighthouse, anchor and compass then coloured them with blends. I added some Crumb Cake seaweed and a sentiment from Many Messages.
Mr Marvi was not sunning his belly this week so I got a better photo of him, although he wouldn’t look at the camera.
