Hello and welcome to my blog. We have a Sketch challenge this week using the card and tag templates on page 16 of the Mini Catalogue. You may have hopped over from Rochelle Blok’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

Here’s a closer look at the templates.

I’ve used the template in the lower right hand corner.

My card base is Mossy Meadow followed by a layer of Wild Wheat which has been embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder. Next I’ve added a square of Season of Green and Gold SDSP then a Basic White circle. I’ve used the Golden Greenery Dies to die cut the leaves directly from the SDSP.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Season stamp set and is stamped in Mossy Meadow Ink. I’ve also added a few Gold Textured Adhesive-backed Dots.

Marvi was relaxing in his bed, he does look a bit sleepy. Yesterday there was a dog called Buddy in his bed so I guess he had to get his “scent” back in there and get rid of the dog smell.

Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing the Reindeer Days Suite on page 26 of the Mini Catalogue. You may have hopped over from Rachel’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

I’ve CASEd the little Book Tray Box in the centre of the above page. I’ve made my CASE a card rather than a box.

My card base is Thick Basic White followed by another layer of Basic White. I die cut several holly leaves using the Reindeer Fun Dies and adhered them to my Basic White layer. I’ve used Silver Foil for the holly berries. The reindeer is die cut in three layers, Basic Black, Basic White and Country Woods DSP.

I’ve added a 2024-2026 In Colour Glimmer Paper wreath, a Real Red bow and a cute little Real Red and White Peppermint. The sentiment is from the Reindeer Fun stamp set and is White Heat Embossed on Basic Black card stock.

Marvi was all curled up in his bed. It’s quite windy here today so he hasn’t ventured outside yet. The wind usually makes him go a little cray cray so he’s made a good choice to stay inside.
