Hello and welcome to my blog. The 2019 Holiday Catalogue is only 10 days away from being live and next week we’ll be CASEing from the new Catalogue but this week on CASEing the Catty we are CASEing a card and turning it into a 3D project.
You may have arrived here from Siobhan’s gorgeous creation, thanks for continuing on with me. Make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of each post.
I’ve recently purchased the Pressed Petals Specialty DSP and I love all the patterns on this paper so the card on the far right of page 75 of the Annual Catalogue was my starting off point.
I’d seen a great YouTube video by Terri Gaines on how she turned the Mini Shipping Boxes into a Note Card Holder and thought this would be perfect for my 3D project. You can check out her video by clicking on her name.
I love how this Note Card Holder and matching Note Cards has turned out. I’ve used Blueberry Bushell and Whisper White card stock, Butterfly Gala stamp set and Blueberry Bushell 1/8″ Grossgrain Ribbon.
They are very easy to make and would be a perfect gift.
Next up tonight is Tina’s beautiful project. Just click on the “Next” button to hop right over.
We’d love for you to join this challenge. Click below and send us a request to join then just upload your new creation to the wall.
Thanks for stopping by.
Such a cool idea! Great case this week
What a cute way to use the mini shopping boxes. The butterfly goes so well with the DSP.
This is such a cool idea! Your version is the perfect transformation of that card but with your very special spin on it. Love the Blueberry Bushel and that paper.
This is such pretty DSP! I remember seeing the boxes in pictures of the Incentive trip and thinking they were really cool. I’m glad they are easy to make – I might have to give it a go! Your version looks fabulous.
