CTC477 – Case The Colours Of Wildly Flowering DSP

Hello and welcome to my blog. We’re CASEing the Colours of Wildly Flowering DSP this week. The colours are Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Misty Moonlight, Moody Mauve, Mossy Meadow and Wild Wheat. I’ve chosen to CASE the Moody Mauve card in the middle of the above graphic using Misty Moonlight, Wild Wheat and Mossy Meadow.

To create the background pattern I’ve stamped one of the flowers from the Flowers Of Beauty stamp set onto some Country Lace DSP. Then I’ve used the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch to punch out several shapes and adhered them to a piece of Misty Moonlight card stock, leaving a small gap between each one.

The coloured flowers are from the Lifetime of Love stamp set and I’ve used the co-ordinating dies to die cut them. I’ve added some Basic White Baker’s Twine and some Thoughtful Designs SDSP. The sentiment is from the Simply Said stamp set.

Marvi was braving the cool wet weather and was sitting outside undercover on his favourite chair. You can tell he’s feeling cold when he tucks his front legs in like that.
